Wife of Adolph Kapels, Mother of Bernice (Rosendahl), Malvern, Leroy, Elroy & Wilmer. Elvira raised her family on the family dairy farm and worked very hard to provide for them from her large garden and orchard. She was very active in 4-H work, and had just received an award for that work in Platte County Nebraska the night she died.
