KINGS MOUNTAIN - Mr. Joseph Webster Hardin, 79, died Thursday, July 20, 2000, at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
A native of Cherokee County, S.C., he was the son of the late William Webster and Alsie Jane McSwain Hardin. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Blacksburg, S.C. He served in the Navy during World War II. He was the owner of Hardins Radiator Shop in Kings Mountain.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Compton Hardin of Kings Mountain and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be at Mountain Rest Cemetery
