Husband of Norma, father of Hal and Lisa (Stefan) Mozer, grandfather of Justin and Marisa, brother of Arlene (Arthur) Moss. He received his LL.B. from the University of Denver in 1950 and was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates in 1982. In 1985 he was chosen to serve as president of the Colorado Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
