Word was received here yesterday that Mrs. W. G. Bennett of Westmoor died on Saturday night after a brief illness of apoplexy at the summer cottage of her son Walter in Maine, where she had been visiting a couple of weeks. The body will arrive in Wilkes-Barre to-day and announcement of funeral will be made later. Besides her husband she is survived by three sons, Walter of Maine, Stanley of Boston and Daniel, residing at home; also one sister, Mrs. Monogan of Westmoor.
