Alpha died at her home at the age of 91. She was born to James Fredrick and Birdie Swallow Robison. She married Wendell S. Lambert on July 25, 1938 and their marriage was later solemized in the Salt Lake Temple. She graduated from BYU and taught in Spring Valley, NV. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many positions within the church and was very devoted to her family. Sher is survived by her husband, two sons, Richard, John, one daughter, Joan, 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, along with other family members. funeral Services were held on august 12, 2005 at the American Fork 21st Ward Chapel.
