Services for the former owner of Pagoda Inn, Sam W. Mark, 75, 1904 Russet Ave., Goshen, who died Monday, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, Goshen. Burial will be in Violett Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
He was born June 12, 1921, in Kwng-Tong, China, to Charles and Ying (Lee) Mark. On Dec. 10, 1942, he married Shui Ha Mark. He also served as the cook in his restaurant.
Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Ping-Lan (Mrs. Kam) Fong, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and Ping-Lee (Mrs. David) Chan, Chicago; two sons Lee Y., North Bay, Ontario, and Steven L., Goshen; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Wai K., Chicago.
