Dick proudly served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean conflict. He was a life insurance agent for over 50 years.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Ella Cizek; father, E.J. Cizek and step-mother, Mae Vorel Cizek.
Dick is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Caroline Cizek; their children: Deborah Cizek-Simmons; Mark E. Cizek and wife, Dene; and Mary "Alle" Alden; six grandchildren and many wonderful friends and neighbors.
