Joe Louis Spencer, 60, of Las Vegas, died Aug. 9, 2005. He was a bus driver for the school district and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, both at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will be at 8 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
