Ruby Agnes (Black) Walker was born on August 25, 1924 in Montgomery County, Tennessee, daughter of the late James Cullom Black (1897-1959) and his wife Cora Elizabeth (Bryant) Black (1899-1973).
She was married to Billy B Walker (1912-1985) and was a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church and a homemaker.
A resident of Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee, she was 88 years old when she passed away on August 14, 2013 at Saint Thomas Alive Hospice, Nashville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her son Larry Walker, while survivors include three sons; four daughters; two brothers; two sisters; nineteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and four 2nd-great-grandchildren.
Burial is to be in the Fairview Cemetery in Indian Mound, Stewart County.
