He survivied by his Children Reppie Lee Howard Shrout and her husband Denny Shrout and their son Dale, and his daughter Nicole Marie Howard. He also survived by his step children Eunice Marie Doyle Anderson and her husband Dee and their children Bobby, Renee, and John. Mary Ester Doyle and her husband, and children. Linda Louise Doyle Adams and her husband Mark Adams.He also has brothers Charles l Howard dob 2/9/39 his wife Juanita Sorrell Howard, and his brother Winford Howard.
