Lillian's sister's named her "Ditty" when they were all children and when all three sisters were together all their lives. They all stayed close until they had to say their last good-bye's as they passed on to live with the angels.

Lillian met her first husband as a girl when her father married Zella McAdon. Her son Johnwelsh became fold of Lillian. He carried her books to school. Later they were married in Tampa. Her father and his mother Zella and Helen came to Tampa to be there when they married. George Blaine McAdon was their son.

In later years when Lillian's grandchildren started to arrive, they began to call her the name "Boomer." Lillian was really happy and loved having her Grandchildren call her "Boomer."

When the Parrish sister's, Eloise, Lillian and Helen were together, they always spoke of their father as if he was still with them in life, and the things he taught them as children and his wisdom guided them all through the days of their lives.

To Eloise, Lillian and Helen their father, "Daddy Parrish" was very much alive and he was in every day of their lives.

Lillian lived on the 19th floor in a condo in Bradenton, Fla., with a beautiful view of the river the last few years of her life. Lillian had lots of family visitors and she was very happy living there until the end of her life.
