Reiko Inouye, 87, of Westminster, formerly of Rockdale, died Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013, at home. Born July 20, 1926, in Pahoa, Hawaii, she was the daughter of the late Teruo and Kinuyo Shinkawa Kobayashi. She was the wife of the late George Inouye. She was a homemaker and an avid gardener. She enjoyed being with her family and grandchildren. Surviving are son and daughter-in-law David and Mary Inouye, of Westminster; a daughter, Carol Ann Ward, of Westminster; grandsons Christopher and Jeffrey Inouye, both of Westminster; and siblings Calvin, Hester and George Kobayashi. She was predeceased by a brother, Roderick Kobayashi; and by a sister, Etsuko Kobayashi. Private graveside services were held at Lake View Memorial Park in Eldersburg.
