Naomi A. Adams, 69, of Shorewood died un expectedly July 9, 1996.
Survived by her husband of 47 years Loren John of Shorewood, sons Steve (Donna) of Minnetonka, Greg of Independence, daughters Mrs. Archie (Jan) Pettier of Mpls., Mrs. John (Kim) Abbs of Scottsdale, AZ., grandchildren Julie and Michael Adams, Evonne and Isabele Pettier, Patrick, Emily, and Allison Abbs, Kyle and Meta Adams, mother Meta Ebeling of Fairmont, MN., sisters Caryl Morton of Jackson, MN., Maxine Vasen of Atlanta, mother-in-law Mildred Adams of Mankato. Naomi was a longtime resident of Lake Minnetonka and Scottsdale, AZ. and a 30 year memb er of the Excelsor United Methodist Church. She grew up on a farm near Petersburg, MN., graduated from Jackson High School and Mankato State College. married Loren, her college sweetheart on July 10, 1949. She was a substitute school teacher in the Minnetonka for many years, active in her church and many social organizations.
Funeral will be Saturday at 10:30am in the Excelsor Methodist Church.
