Port Clinton - A. J. Beebe, 70, of 302 Walnut St., died Wednesday in Magruder Hospital after a sudden illness. He had been a car inspector for the New York Central Railroad, was a member of the Masonic Lodge, and was a World War I veteran.
Surviving are his wife, the former Irene Pelow; daughters, Mrs. Donald Mooney, Oak Harbor, and Mrs. C. W. Schmidt, Toledo, and two grandchildren.
Services will be conducted by the Rev. Harry Holzapfel. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
