Antonio Terrell Griffin, Sr. 31 and native of Gray's Hill, died Thursday, December 6, 2012 in Killeen, TX.

Funeral Services: 10:00 AM, Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at Gray's Hill Full Gospel Church, Gray's Hill, further arrangements will be announced later.

Antonio Terrell Griffin, Sr., son of Stephanie E. Griffin and Floyd Mulligan, Sr., was born May 28, 1981 in Beaufort, South Carolina.

At an early age, he was baptized at the Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church.

"Tony", as he was fondly called by many received his education in the local public schools of Beaufort County and was a 2000 graduate of Battery Creek High School. While in high school, he was employed by Carolina Rebar. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army in August of 2000, graduating from basic training at Fort Knox, KY. He then served two deployments to Iraq. After the Army, he became interested in becoming a Barber and was pursuing the educational training necessary to become a licensed Barber. In addition to Barbering, Antonio was very focused about his music.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Tomara Lasha Griffin of Killeen, Texas; his children, Antonio Terrell Griffin, Jr., Zykeria Lynn and Markal Phipps. His mother, Stephanie E. Griffin (Bobby) of Gray's Hill, SC; his father and step-mother, Floyd and Theresa Mulligan of Green Pond, SC; his maternal grandmother, Ethel G. Allen of Gray's Hill, SC; his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Mulligan of Dale, SC; two sisters, Kadada L. Griffin of Gray's Hill, SC and Shanelle C. Brown (Keith) of San Diego, CA; four brothers, Floyd Leroy Griffin and Dominique Griffin both of Gray's Hill, SC, Floyd L. Mulligan, Jr. of Green Pond, SC and Rakeem Mulligan of Charlotte, NC; his mother-in-law, Michelle Bailey Smith of Killeen, Texas; his father-in-law, Ricky Smith of Killeen, Texas; one sister-in-law, Toy Seawood and two brothers-in-law, Brandon Seawood and Andre' Seawood all of Killeen, TX; a host of aunts, uncles, grandaunts, granduncles; several nieces; numerous cousins and friends to include special friends, Casey Jiles, Jeremy Warren, Abraham Warren, Tone and Fred Blue, John Paul, Frankie and Lamont Burton.
