PARSELL -- Ruth C. Parsell, age 82 of East Park Road, Milford, wife of the late Kenton K. Parsell, died September 25, 1994 at Milford Hospital after a brief illness. Born April 2, 1912 in Bridgeport, CT, daughter of the late Howard and Maude Wigglesworth Coulson. She was a homemaker and a resident of Milford for Forty-six years. Survivors include two sons, David Parsell of Guilford and Jeffrey Parsell of Denver, CO; one sister Alice McGray of Milford, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Douglas Parsell. A memorial service will take place Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. in the Mary Taylor United Methodist Church, Broad Street, Milford. Interment will be private. The Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street, Milford is in charge of arrangements. Memorial may be made to the Mary Taylor Church in her memory, 176 Broad Street, Milford, 06460.
