Ronald E. Ashcraft, 61, of Dyer, passed away Friday, December 18, 1998.
Survived by spouse, Rita (nee Wells); children: Kelly(Jerry) Lambert, Matthew (Christine) Ashcraft and Beth Ann Ashcraft; grandchildren, Sara Ashcraft and Jacob Lambert;
Brothers, Carl (Martha), Dean (Judy), Jerry (Ely), Glen (Evelyn); Sisters, Maralee (John) Coburger and Diane Richied; brother-in-law Charles (Pam) Wells; sister-in-law, Judy (Richard)Dickover; numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Elmore an Mary Gladys (nee Marvel) Ashcraft, one brother and one sister.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 22, 1998 11 a.m. at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 1920 Hart St., Dyer, IN, with Rev. David Schrader officiating. Burial at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. Visitation Monday 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, Hammond, ATA Trap Shooting Hall of Fame or Hospice of the Calumet Area.
