She was rescued from a hoarding situation, and a friend was fostering her. I had lost my Alice Ann four months prior, and I felt Arlo needed a companion. I've always been fond of tortoiseshells, so I adopted her. First cat I've ever adopted. She was very sweet, and used to cats, but Arlo took an instant dislike and hid under the bed. But eventually he accepted her, but they were never buds like I was hoping. Maggie wasn't the brightest cat, and she had a constant runny nose. She'd jump on you and sneeze. If she got outside, sometimes she'd get "lost" in the yard, and even though I called her, she'd go in which ever direction her nose was pointing. She loved lying on me, but she had the boniest feet, so it wasn't always comfortable. She didn't like me holding her, but she'd sit on me every chance she got. She mothered Bobbie Lee, which he loved. She was goofy and affectionate. She was never the healthiest of cats, due to her first two years in a horrid situation. She developed senility, getting lost in the livingroom, and formed tumors on her feet. Her little body was wore out. She's buried next to Bobbie Lee, on the hill behind the house.
