Louise Gladys (Baggett) (Hodges) Neblett was born on March 29, 1917 in Montgomery County, Tennessee, and she was the daughter of James Leonard Baggett (1860–1948) and his wife Almedia "Almeddie" (Black) Baggett (1875–1955).

She was married 1st on May 29, 1937 to Edward Wallis "Buddy" Hodges (1915–1991), and he was the son of Riley Houston Hodges and Nora Lee (Morrison) Hodges. She was married 2nd to Venable Neblett (1905–2002).

Louise was a homemaker and a member of Marion United Methodist Church, and living in Cumberland Furnace, Louise was 83 years old and married when she passed away on February 14, 2001 at General Care Convalescent Center.

Preceded in death by her husband Buddy Hodges, she was survived by her 2nd husband, a daughter, four grandchildren, twenty-four step-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Louise were held at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, and burial was in Marion United Methodist Church Cemetery.
