Sunday Record, 7 July 1985 - Ann M. Alger. MIDDLETOWN - Mrs. Ann M. Alger, 78, of 134 Greencrest Drive died Saturday at Horton Memorial Hospital Middletown. She was a resident of Troy before moving to Middletown three years ago. She was daughter of the late Ernest and Loretta Gorman Reinhart and widow of Charles I. Alger. Mrs. Alger was employed as a Senior Examiner for the New York State Compensation Board for 16 years until her retirement 13 years ago. While living in Troy, Mrs. Alger was active in St. Mary's Hospital Auxiliary and a member of St. Mary's Volunteer Corps. In Middletown Mrs. Alger was a volunteer at Horton Memorial Hospital. Survivors include a daughter Diane M. Bulson of Middletown; a brother Ernest R. Reinhart of Troy, three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held 9:15 am Tuesday from the Riverview Funeral Home, 218 Second Ave., Troy and at 10 a.m.from Sacred Heart Church in Troy where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Troy.
