Mr. Locke was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Marseilles. He worked for BWD Echlin until he retired in 1995.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Locke; by a son, Edward (Pam) Locke of Elmhurst; and by two grandchildren, Cristian Locke and Emily Locke; and by two sisters, Dorothy Landers of Grand Ridge and Marjorie (Willis) Farrell of Ottawa. Two brothers, Lyle Locke and Charles Locke, died previously.
