Raymond C. Kaufmann, 70, of Mishicot, died unexpectedly late Monday afternoon.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Lambert Funeral Home and at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. The Rev. Earl Brouchoud will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Kaufmann was born Aug. 3, 1902, in the Town of Mishicot, son of the late Louis and Lena Koch Kaufmann. He married Clara Skwor July 22, 1924, at Holy Cross Church, Mishicot. He was a retired employee of the Foremost Dairy, Mishicot. Mr. Kaufmann was a member of Holy Cross Church, the Holy Name Society of the church and an active member of the Mishicot Senior Citizens.
Survivors include his wife, three sons, Roger, of La Crosse, Richard, of Glendale Heights, Ill., and Karl, of Two Rivers, three daughters, Mrs. Edmund (Eileen) Wolodkiewicz, of Dayton, Ohio; 24 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday where a Memorial service will be held at 7:45 p.m. by members of Holy Cross Parish.
