Catherine Mefford, 84, of Maysville, died Thursday at Vanceburg Rehabilitation Health Care Center. She was a retired twister for January and Wood Co., Maysville, and operated Limestone Grocery, Maysville.
Her husband, Carl W. Mefford, died in 1977. Survivors include brothers, John Bayless of Vanceburg and Charles Bayless of Maysville, and sisters, Oleath Penrod of Dover and Opal Witham of Aberdeen, Ohio.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Brell and Son Funeral Home, Maysville, with visitation 11 a.m. Burial will be in Green Acres Cemetery, Maysville.
