Addilynn Dawn Jacobs, 5 month old daughter of Amanda Ketelsen and Shawn Jacobs, of Clinton, IA, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center, Clinton. Services will be held at 12:00 PM Tuesday, August 6th at Gibson – Bode Funeral Home, Erie, IL, with visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will be in the Erie Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family.
Addilynn had a very bright personality. She was a little nature lover, she'd rather go off-roading in her stroller than inside watching TV. She was always full of smiles and laughter. Just the sight of her beautiful smile could brighten anyone's day.
Addilynn was born February 23, 2013 in Clinton, Iowa. She will be greatly missed by her parents, Amanda and Shawn; sister, Kayleigh Ketelsen; brother, Zain Ketelsen; grandparents, Dan and Julie Haley, Shane and Penny Jacobs; great grandparents, Kay Jacobs (Bob Brown), Marc and Pam Jacques; aunts and uncles, Bill (Becky) Haley, Darren (Angela) Jacobs, Travis (Kristi) Jacobs, Troy (Jill) Jacobs, Jessica Jacques (Billy Schutters); and many cousins. She was preceded in death by great grandfathers, Dan Jacobs, Martin Haley and Fred Spitzer and great grandmothers, Dee Spitzer and Dixie Haley.
