Thursday at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home and at 10 am at St. Mark
Catholic Church, Two Rivers, the Rev. George Beth officiating. Burial will be
in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Mrs. Garceau, nee Charlotte Skwor, was born Feb. 6, 1927 at Mishicot, daughter
of Charles Skwor and the late Mary Stanger Skwor. When she was a child the
family brought her to Milwaukee where she graduated from West Division High
School in 1944. She was married Oct. 11, 1952 at Milwaukee to Edmund Garceau
and had resided at Two Rivers since. She was a member of St. Mark Altar
Society.
Besides her husband and father, of Milwaukee, she leaves five daughters, Mary,
Marie, Elizabeth, Rita and Rose at home; a son, John, at home; a sister, Mrs.
Martin Hastings of Lewiston, Maine and two brothers, the Rev. Earl Skwor,
principal of Jordan high School, Milwaukee and Arthur of Cudahy.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 pm Wednesday where the Rosary
will be recited at 8 pm.
