Dr. Julian Carr Cornwell
Moore, SC- Dr. Julian C. Cornwell, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2014.

He was predeceased by his wife of 56 years, Voncile Cornwell.

Julian is survived by his daughter, Judy Crapps (Legrand); two sons, Charles and Michael (Kym) Cornwell; six grandchildren, Kristan Cooper (Brent), Laine Crapps, Kyllan Kershaw (Jeff), Austin, Tate, and Chase Cornwell; two great granddaughters, Brantley Cooper and Evangeline Kershaw; and one sister, Katy Hancock.

Dr. Cornwell honorably served his country during WWII as a paratrooper in the 82 Airborne. He later attended pre vet school at Clemson University and was one of the first out of state students to be accepted to the veterinary school at Auburn University. Dr. Cornwell practiced veterinary medicine for 40 years. He was a faithful member of Southside Baptist Church.

A private memorial service will be held in Georgiana, Alabama at a later date.
