Charles Martin Blaine, 84, Indianapolis, formerly of Hopkinsville, died Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, in Indianapolis of natural causes.
Services will be at noon Saturday at the Greater Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church, Indianapolis, with burial to be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time for the service Saturday at the church.
Stuart Mortuary, Indianapolis, is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Christian County, he was born Sept. 6, 1929, the son of the late Jimmie and Fannie Brandon Blaine.
He had worked as a supply handler for the U.S. government.
He was a Korean War Army veteran and was a member of Durrett Avenue Baptist Church, Hopkinsville.
Survivors include his wife, Alberta Tyson Blaine, and his children, Trudy White, Bettye Stephens, Tony Moore and L.B.
Moore Jr., no addresses available; a sister, Anna Tillett, West Palm Beach, Fla., nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
