Debra Sue Laird of Skiatook passed from this life on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 in Tulsa at the age of 55 years, 11 months, 12 days. She was born September 16, 1957 the daughter of Dean and Wanda Louise (Williams) Crites.
Debra moved to Skiatook from Hollister, Missouri 5 years ago. She was waitress who loved to shop and enjoyed going to flea markets and playing bingo. She was of the Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Her survivors include daughters, Deanna Haase and husband, Edmond of Avant and Stacy Chitwood and husband, Travis of Skiatook; sister, Ann Crites of Springfield, MO; brothers, Jerry Crites of Fredricktown, MO and James Crites and wife, Brenda of West Plains, MO; and 6 grandchildren.
A memorial service to honor Debra will be held noon, Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Lakeview Southern Baptist Church in Skiatook (5480 W Rogers Blvd.). Arrangements are under the direction of Heath-Griffith Funeral Home.
