Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
A daughter of the late Odessa (Davis) and George Brister, Lottie was born on July 15, 1941, in Wichita Falls. She was a bank officer at Texas Commerce Bank in Houston, prior to her retirement. Lottie was a faithful member of Victory Baptist Church. She was a loving sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who walked with the Lord and was a wonderful friend to all.
