Mrs. Noah Hamilton Dies; Was 74; Rites Wednesday

Mrs. Clora Ann Hamiton, 74, widow of Noah Hamilton, a long-time resident of the Maple Valley community, died this morning in a Richmond Hospital. (Her birth year was approximated.) Mrs. Hamilton was a member of the Order of Eastern Star at Shirley. She was a graduate of the old Spiceland Academy and taught school a number of years. Her husband and daughter preceded her in death.
Surviving are a step-daughter, Mrs. Louesa Jackson Ellis of Lynn; three half-brothers and four half-sisters: Charles L. Jackson, Mrs. Charles E. Ballenger & Mrs. F. M. Chapman, all of New Castle, Lawrence B. Jackson of Detroit, Mrs. John Estell of Mooreland, Clay Jackson of Kennard and Mrs. Neil Harvey of Shirley; and several nieces and nephews.
The body was taken to the Butcher Funeral Home in Knightstown where friends may call after 7 o'clock tonight and where services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in Glen Cove Cemetery.
