Mrs. John McConnell
Midvale -- Mrs. Lillie Devault McConnell, 64, of Midvale, died Friday at 9:40 pm in Union Hospital, Dover.
Mrs. McConnell was born in Martins Ferry. She was a member of the Midvale Presbyterian Church.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, John McConnell -- are two daughters, Mrs. Earl Mercer of Canton and Mrs. Alfred Randolph of Dover; two sons, John and Howard McConnell of Midvale; a sister, Mrs. Isaac Ashton of Wellsburg, W. Va, four brothers, William, Herman and Walter Devault of Martins Ferry and Howard Devault of Harrisville; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday at 2 pm at the Midvale Methodist and Episcopal Church. Rev. L. S. Wees will officiate. Burial will be in Dover Burial Park. Friends may call at the Lewis funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
