Marie Antoinette King Good, was born April 22, 1913 in Kalamazoo, MI, to parents Gilbert and Agnes Nowicki King of Flint, MI.

A resident of Ferndale for 65 years, she passed away September 1, 2013 at 100 years old. She married her husband George Edward Good on April 7, 1934 in Detroit, MI. He passed away June 12, 1995.

Also preceding her in death was her sister Janice Agnes Chapman of Ferndale, MI and her brother Edward J. King of Leroy, IL.

Surviving her are 6 nieces & nephews, 16 great nieces & nephews, 13 great-great nieces & nephews, and very dear friends Libby Zelenak and family.

Mrs. Good was a homemaker, collecting dolls and paper dolls. An avid reader of books and magazines, she also loved to go on picnics.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, 2:00 - 9:00 PM, with the funeral on Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at 11:00 AM, at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights. Burial in Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak. Donations may be made in Mrs. Good's honor to Leader Dogs for the Blind.
