Bonnie aged 68 years was buried at the Stratford Cemetery on the 03/10/1968. She was the daughter of Albert George Baade 1873-1954 & Susan Garret 1877-1954 of Swan Reach, Victoria. She was one of the earliest people shown through the limestone caves at Buchan by it's discoverer before the entrance tunnel was opened to the public.
Bonnie had a delightful personality which made her a very popular member of the community, one of her community activities was as the life governor of the Bairnsdale District Hospital during WW2.
