Giltner, Joseph H. 82, of Phoenix passed away and joined our Lord on September 18 2013.
Originally, from Pasadena California, he and his wife moved to Phoenix in 1976. Joe graduated as a civil engineer from the University of Southern California. An honored Air Force veteran of the Korean War, he later spent the majority of his working years managing retail drug stores. He was a loving and good provider for his family. He loved to travel and he especially enjoyed listening to his favorite classical music. His wife Bobbi, his son Marc, and his two grandsons Jaron and Ryan have survived him.
Memorial Mass to be held at St. Francis Xavier Church; 4715 N. Central Ave, Phoenix AZ 85012 on Tuesday Sept. 24 2013 at 1000. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to your favorite charity. Published in The Arizona Republic on September 20, 2013.
