Freddie Thomas Clark
ARCOLA — Freddie Thomas Clark, 60, died at noon Saturday (Sept. 29, 1984) in his Arcola home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. John's Catholic Church in Arcola with Rev. Peter Paul Bertaldo officiating. Visitation is from 3 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, with Rosary at 8 p.m. at Shrader Funeral Home in Arcola.
Burial will be in Arcola Cemetery.
Mr. Clark was born Nov. 18, 1923 in Vigo County, Ind., a son of Seth and Letha Paddock Clark. He married Barbara Deuster in Terre Haute, Ind. March 11, 1947. She survives.
Also surviving are one son, Harold Clark of Oak Harbor, Wash.; three daughters, Mrs. Gary (Christine) Cripe of Streator, Joanne Clark of Granite City and Barbara Clark of Oak Harbor, Wash.; four brothers, Scottie Clark of Bull Schoals, Ark., Frank Clark and Eddie Clark, both of Terre Haute, Ind., and Arthur Clark of Birdseye, Ind.; five sisters, Mrs. Bessie Heinzetman, Mrs. Mary McDaniel, both of Terre Haute, Ind., Mrs. Mildred Winterrowd of Farmersburg, Ind., Mrs. Joanne Russell of Bull Schoals, Ark., and Mrs. Dorothy Contino of New Jersey; and four grandchildren.
Mr. Clark was a lab technician for U.S. Industrial Chemical Co. in Tuscola for 27 years. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Arcola VFW.
