Haas officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.Mrs. Bretz, who died Saturday at the home of her only child, Mrs. Marie Baker of Evansville, was the widow of the late Rev. Dan Bretz, who served in Huntingburg for some years. She was born and reared in Huntingburg and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Valentine Bamberger, and also was the twin sister of the late Louis Bamberger of Huntingburg.Besides her daughter, Mrs. Bretz is survived by a sister and two brothers, Mrs. Lydia Mehringer of Dorchester, Mass., Lee Bamberger of Boston, Mass., and Oscar of Amarillo, Tex.
