Frank was born in Shiloh, Ala., on Feb. 19, 1923 to Isam Clint Agee and Alberta Champion Agee. Frank married Barbara Anderson on June 28, 1953, and to this union four children were born.
Frank enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1941, where he served his country honorably for 31 years until his retirement in 1974. Post-military employment was as a civilian at Concord U.S. Postal Service and Mare Island Federal Service.
He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was devout Christian and member of the Shiloh Baptist Church, where he served on the Board of Deacons for more than 20 years.
A son, Steven Frank Agee, preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 52 years, Barbara Anderson Agee (05/15/2007); three children, Myron Agee, Tanya Agee Harris and Michele Agee Long; two sons-in-law, Alan Harris, MD and Rev. Dr. Terry Long; granddaughter, Taylor Rose Agee Harris; three sisters, Gertha Agee Simpson, Ruth Agee Williams and Sally Agee Bettis; two brothers, Nord Agee and James Agee; two sisters-in-law, Betty Anderson Thomas and Alice Agee; and numerous nieces and nephews also survive him.
