Kelly while married to Marion Kelly until his passing. He served with the Chula Vista Police Department for 16 yrs. and also served in the Navy. He left behind also six grandchildren Penelope Kelly, Deborah Greywacz, Roni B. Kelly, David S. Kelly, Pamela Greywacz,and Robin L. Kelly at the time of his passing. But but soon after his death, Jonathon Greywacz, Steven Kelly and Susan Greywacz were also born.
