Diana C. Nett, 57, of 1003 Fremont St., Kiel, went to her eternal rest on Sunday morning, Jan. 2, 2000 at Calumet Medical Center in Chilton.

She was born Nov. 24, 1942, daughter of the late Frederick and Mathilda Leonard Fesing. On Nov. 14, 1964 she married Robert J. Nett at St. Mary Catholic church in Chilton. She worked at various jobs throughout her life, including Tecumseh Products Company in New Holstein and A.A. Laun Furniture Co. in Kiel until she was forced into early retirement in 1985. She was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic church in Kiel and the Christian Women's Society. She enjoyed collecting deer, drinking Coke, reading tabloid magazines, doing word search puzzles, shooting bean bags, playing sheepheld and babysitting her grandchildren. She also enjoyed bowling, shooting pool and doing secretarial work for the bowling and bean bag leagues.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years; five children, Lisa (Doug) Schabach of New Holstein, Sharon (John) Hartman of Kiel, Michael (Tina) Nett of Kiel, Patrick Nett and special friend, Lisa Johnson of Kiel and JoAnne Nett and special friend Jamie Boutard of Kiel; Her former daughter-in-law, Bonnie Nett; 13 grandchildren; her sisters and brothers, Kathleen (Wally) Senkbeil, Norman (Cindy) Fesing, Jerome (Germaine) Fesing, Karen Meyer and Joan Klein.

She was preceded in death by her in-laws, Alvin and Madeline Nett; two brothers, Donald and Kenneth Fesing; one sister, Bernice Flemming; five brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law.

A funeral Mass was held Wednesday at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kiel with the Rev. Loren Nys, SDS officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
