Mrs. Charles Mason
Mrs. Charles (Helen Margaret) Mason, 83, of 5667 S. Thompson Ave., died Sunday in a local nursing home. She was born in Mankato, Minn., and moved to Tacoma in 1909.
Mrs. Mason was a member of the First Methodist Church; past matron of Fern Chapter, OES; Grand OES representative for Iowa from 1943 to 1946; and a member of Amaranth and Daughters of the Nile.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Lucile Flanningan, of Tacoma; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be announced by Morley-Mellinger Funeral Home.
