Mrs Albro Hawkins, 48, died Saturday at her home. Born in Windsor, she was the former Ethel Hennigar, a daughter of Mrs. Mildred (Weir) Garvy and the late Bertrand Hennigar. Surviving besides her husband and her mother, are two daughters, Edith (Mrs. Andy White), Dartmouth; Debbie, at home; three sons, Benjamin, James and David, all at home; seven sisters, Kay (Mrs. Carl Anthony), Kennetcook; Lucy (Mrs. Glyn Garry), Mission City, B.C.; Evelyn (Mrs. Reginald Anthony), Stanley; Lillas (Mrs. Harold Green), Sackville; Stella (Mrs. Philip Reader), Helen (Mrs. Lewis Hanes) and Edith (Mrs. Reuben Miller), all of Upper Kennetcook; three brothers, Sidney, Kennetcook; Henry, Upper Kennetcook and Ralph, Alberta.
She was predeceased by a brother.
The body is at Withrow and MacMillan's Funeral Home, Upper Rawdon. Funeral service will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday in St. Peter's Anglican Church, Upper Kennetcook, Rev. William Hebden officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
