The funeral service was held in St. Cyprian's Anglican Church, on Sunday afternoon, Rev. W.J. Archer officiating. There was a large attendance of neighbors and friends, and many beautiful floral tributes were sent.
Mrs. Buckler was 51 years of age, and was born in London, England. She came to Canada 21 years ago, and for 2 years resided in Halifax, coming to Didsbury 19 years ago, where she has since resided. She was married 15 years ago, to Mr. Albion V. Buckler, and one child, Kathleen, was born of the union.
Mrs. Buckler was a member of St. Cyprian's Church, and took a deep interest in the Women's Auxiliary, and other church work. Her loss will be deeply regretted by her many friends and neighbors.
Besides her husband, there survive to mourn her loss, her daughter Kathleen, her step-children: Mr. Dave Buckler, of Cochrane, Wallace and Jack, of Innisfail, Mrs. W. Pendergast, of Innisfail, Mrs. John Rowntree, of Carstairs, and Della, of Didsbury. She also leaves one brother, of London, England.
