Died 9:15 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 15, 1987, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 76, a native and resident of Head of Island. Visiting at Welsh Funeral Home, Gonzales, 5:30 to 10 p.m. Monday and 8 to 9:20 a.m. Tuesday. Religious services at St. Joseph Catholic Church, French Settlement, at 10 a.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. James Kinkaid. Burial in White Hall Cemetery, White Hall. Survived by a daughter, Ruth Mae Aime Millet, Head of Island; two stepdaughters, Helen Aime Milazzo and Dorothy Aime Aydell, both of Baton Rouge; three sons, Marion Joseph Aime, David Louis Aime and James Edward Aime, all of Head of Island; two sisters, Constantine Richardson, Sorrento, and Bernice Gregoire, Springfield; five brothers, Edmond Vicknair, Head of Island, Edward Vicknair, St. Amant, Dolphy, Clarence and Leon Vicknair, all of Sorrento; nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Paul Louis Aime Jr.; parents, Joseph and Clara Morin Vicknair; a son, Melvin Lee Aime; and a grandson, Anthony James Aime. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, French Settlement.
