Mrs. William R. Scott, 60, of Herman Road, Manitowoc, died early Thursday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after a short illness.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Urbanek and Schlei Fneral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. John Landowski will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
The former Margaret Finkelmier was born Sept. 26, 1901, in the Town of Gibson, daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Moos Finkelmier. She was married to William Scott at Tisch Mills June 10, 1924, and the couple established residence at Manitowoc. She was a member of the Rosary and Altar Society of the church and of the Catholic Women’s Club.
Surviving are her husband, two sons, Floyd of Menasha and Donald of Manitowoc; two daughters, Mrs. Jack Gelinskey of South Milwaukee and Mrs. Russell Duket of Rt. 4, Manitowoc; a brother, Edward of Manitowoc; four sisters, Miss Helen Finkelmier, Mrs. William Cochrane and Mrs. Andrew Balog of Manitowoc and Mrs. Ann Clark of Palo Alto, Calif., and eight grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
