Anna was a widow whose husband had died about 1910 in Brooklyn, New York. His name was Morris George William Schaefer. Anna's surviving children were Marion Schaefer, Dorothy Miller, Gertrude Berg and David W. Schaefer. Two boys had died as children. She had two grandchildren by her son David: Nancy Lee Schaefer and Donald Fred Schaefer.

Anna was born in Siggetorp, Sweden. Her father was Andreas Larsson Lundin who was born 05/05/1838 and her mother was Kajsa Lena Petersdotter who was born 07/18/1842. Anna had eight siblings. Alexandra Marie died after one month and the next child was then named Alexandra Marie. Josef Adrian died at just under one month of age and the next child was also named Josef Adrian and he too died young. The next children, Ida Karolina and Anton Waldemar also died young. The other three were Sture Waldemar, Fridolf Wilhelm (FAG memorial 64343021) who immigrated to New York, and Viktoria Elisabeth.
