Mrs. Anna Schwartz, 97, of 721 S. 16th St., Manitowoc, died at 6 a.m. Thursday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she was a patient six days.

Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Alfred Pritzl will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Mrs. Schwartz, nee Anna Mueller, was born April 20, 1868, in Sheboygan County, daughter of the late Michael and Margaret Klemens Mueller. She was married to Arthur Schwartz Aug. 30, 1894, at Milwaukee. He died in 1914. She resided at Sheboygan until 10 years ago when she moved to Manitowoc to make her home with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Sxhwartz.
She was a dressmaker in the Sheboygan area, former member of Holy Name Parish, Sheboygan, and member of St. Anne Societies of St. Boniface, Manitowoc, and Holy Name.

She is survived by her daughter and nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Friday where at 7:30 p.m. the Rosary will be recited by the parish and members of the societies.

Pallbearers were nephews, Ray Dreps, John B. Mueller, John Schoening, Henry Federer, George Jetzer and Anton Stauber.
