Mrs. Sylvester Sieracki, 32, of Manitowoc Rapids, Manitowoc route 1, died Wednesday evening at the Holy Family hospital after having been ill for six months.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from the home and at 10:10 a.m. at St. Paul's Catholic church, the Rev. Martin Jaekels officiating. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Leschke Funeral Home from 7:30 p.m. today until Friday noon, when it will be removed to the home. It will lie in state at the home until the hour of the funeral .

Mrs. Sieracki was born Edna Pokorski at Newton on July 15, 1909. She was married to Mr. Sieracki 15 years ago in Newton.

Survivors are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Math Pokorski; the widower; two sons, Carl and Elroy Sieracki, both at home; five brothers, Stanley, Edward and Anton Pokorski of Manitowoc, Frank Pokorski of Newton and Alex Pokorski of Rapids; and three sisters, Mrs. Anton Poklinkowski and Mrs. Louis Bonk of Manitowoc and Mrs. Alex Mrotek of Newton.
