Erma C. Sieracki, age 91, a Shady Lane Home resident, died Tuesday morning, February 3, 1998, at the home.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 6, 1998, at 9:30 a.m. at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Roman Zbieranski O.F.M. with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
She was born August 10, 1906, in Reifs Mills, Wis., daughter of the late Frank and Anna Podhola Braunwreiter. She married Joseph Sieracki in Waukegan, Ill., and he preceded her in death November 8, 1959. Erma was a former 4-H leader, an avid card and Bingo player, and she loved her garden and flowers. She was a member of the Rosary Altar Society of St. Mary?s and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Catherine and Daniel Greenwald, Manitowoc; one daughter-in-law, Beatrice Sieracki, Manitowoc. She is further survived by seven granddaughters, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; Cynthia Koida and her husband, Charles and their children, Amy, Tatum, and Roxanne; Debra Brick and her husband, James and their children, Kirsten, Sara, Dana, Karen Schema and her husband, Carl and their children, Arik, Angie, Andrea, and Audra; Mary Ellen Holschbach and her husband, Keith and their children, Sara, Erin, and Jessica, and their grandson, Jonas, Petty Kostechka and her husband, Greg and their children, Carrie, Caleb, Casey and Claire; Nan Balzan and her husband, Rick and their children, Chelsea, Cedric, Lindsey; Sue Zipperer and her husband, Gary and their children Jacob, Carlie and Caitlin. She is further survived by two sisters-in-law, Ceil Peterson, and Christine Becker, both of Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth Sieracki; two sisters, Rose Braunreiter, and
Julia Brey.
