William Stephani, 90, who made his home with his son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. John Stephani, of 2110 South 10th street, died Tuesday afternoon at Holy Family hospital following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Urbanek and Schlei funeral home and at 10 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic church, the Rev. Henry Letz officiating. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.

Mr. Stephai was born in Newton but lived most of his life in Manitowoc. Following the death of his wife he made his home with his son, John.

Survivors are three sons, John, William Jr., and Ervin of Manitowoc; three daughters, Mrs. Louis Luckow, Mrs. Wenzel Bernard and Mrs. William Hoida of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Kate Brachmann and Miss Odelia of Manitowoc; brother, John of Manitowoc; ?8 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home from Thursday noon until time of services on Friday. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
