DEATH RELIEF FROM PAIN FOR MARY SWOBODA
Miss Mary Swoboda, 2107 Clark street a resident of this city for sixty years, passed away at Holy Family hospital yesterday afternoon, after a lingering illness. Miss Swoboda has been ill since last March, having suffered with gall stones.
Miss Swoboda, who was 70 years of age, was born in Bohemia and came to this country with other members of the family at the age of 10, locating at Manitowoc.
Miss Swoboda's only near relative is a sister, Mrs. Anna Moundry of Racine, who is now in this city.
The funeral will be conducted by the Rev. Martin Jaekels at St. Paul's Catholic church Saturday morning and burial will be in Calvary.
